¨    Quality carbon STEEL PLATE products (3/16” – 10”) in an extensive range of widths and lengths. “AS IS” plate is available with or without chemistries by the single piece or by the railcar. 

¨    Ten oxy-fuel BURNING MACHINE that are CNC CONTROLLED, operate three shifts to offer JIT DELIVERIES of plate cut to any configuration. Burn-outs 9/16” through 10” thick can be cut on our (10 torch) 20 feet wide by 80 feet long tables. 

¨    PLASMA burning is available for plate under 9/16” thick. 

¨    SHEARING of plate .100” through .75” thick up to 144” long. 

¨    FLATTENING CAPABILITIES with a set of rolls that will level 4” thick 48” wide by length and a 600-ton flattening press. 

¨    CERTIFIED WELDERS are employed for fabrications of mild steel through T-1 

¨    A COMPLETE MACHINE SHOP offers a variety of value added services. CNC controlled vertical and horizontal MACHINING CENTERS can handle the large production jobs, while our larger PLANER MILLS and BORING BARS can handle all other requirements. From small jobs to 50,000 lb. weldments, no job is too large or small for our facilities.

 

For the “finishing touch” we offer SHOT BLASTING AND PAINTING. Blasting can be done in a 96” Wheelabrator or our 16 feet by 20 feet Blasting Room, both with a recovery system. A 20 feet by 30 feet down draft Paint Booth, with an open top for crane access, completes our capabilities.
